Professional Summary


Vittoria graduated with a Law degree from the University of Palermo law school in Italy. Her postgraduate studies and PhD thesis involved a comparison between civil and common law legal systems. After completing her legal studies in Italy, Vittoria earned her LLM at Suffolk University Law school in Boston, Massachusetts, with concentration in Intellectual Property Law. Vittoria is currently focusing her practice working with Italian businesses and entrepreneurs doing business in the United States and internationally.


As a foreign legal expert for Noli IP Solutions, Vittoria works closely together Ms. Noli and Ms. Fisher for the firm's trademark and copyright prosecution practice, preparing and filing trademark and copyright applications, assisting in enforcement matters as well as collaborating with other attorneys in all aspects of the prosecution and enforcement.


Vittoria's goal is to help businesses, particularly Italian businesses, to grow and achieve their local and international goals.
