When a user submits a Contact Form or requests information or Services, we must ask for information, such as but not limited to, the user’s name, company name, email address, billing address, and/or credit card information.  Members who sign up for a Mailing List Subscription are not required to enter credit card information. 

 

Children Under Age 13

 

Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age.  No one under age 13 may provide any information to our Site or use our Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.  If you are under 13, do not use this Site or any of our Services.  We do from time to time collect information aboutchildren under 13 from our Clients.  We ask that our Clients not provide information about children under age 13 without first getting the parents’ consent.

Although we own the data storage, databases, and all rights to the NOLI IP SOLUTIONS PC website, our Users retain all rights to their data.  We will never sell or share User Client data with any Third Parties, contact our Users’ Clients directly, or use its users’ data for our own business advantage.  We will also never utilize User data in our database to compete with our Users, market to our Users’ Clients, or advertise or contact our Users’ Clients for any other means of profit.  We respect the privacy or our Users and the privacy of Our Users’ Client data.

 

3. HOW WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

 

We may disclose personal data, including the data Users submit to us, with or without notice if (a) required by a subpoena or other judicial or administrative order, (b) where required by law, or (c) at our sole discretion, where deemed necessary to protect the safety of any individual, the general public, or to prevent violation of our Terms of Service.

Change of Ownership

 

In the event of a change in ownership, or a direct merger or acquisition of NOLI IP SOLUTIONS PC with another entity, we reserve the right to transfer all of our User information to a separate entity.  In this event, we will notify our Users when User information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

 

4. HOW WE PROTECT THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

 

Your Personal Information is important to us.  Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.  Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted on our Site.  Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk.  We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy setting or security measures contained on the Site.

If a breach of data occurs with our Site or Services, we will notify you via the Site or email within 30 business days of discovering the breach.  By using the Site or Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may send you electronic notifications via email in lieu of notification by mail.  If you would still like to receive notifications by mail, you can let us know by contacting us at the address or email address provided below.

 

5. ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

Once your account exists, you have the ability to modify or update the Personal Information that you have submitted, in the event it changes.  In accordance with the Terms of the Service, you may cancel your Service at any time.  The data you provide us is yours, and accordingly, you may remove it any time you want.  If you are a User, you may correct, amend, or delete your account information by clicking the Account link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen. Once an account has been cancelled, the information is immediately deleted and cannot be recovered.
